Having first met in 2021, O. and Brutus are continuing their collaboration this year. And then some! Brutus’ and O.’s programmes will merge into each other from Wednesday 23 through Sunday 29 May. Brutus x O. = performances, cinema, exhibitions, and more. Together, O. and Brutus and Annabel will present the international hit performance Sun & Sea (Golden Lion winner, Venice Biennial 2019). A ground-breaking and spectacular opera performance, in which climate concerns and typical first-world issues go hand in hand.

On the collaboration:
“To me, the combination of this magical building and opera/music performances by promising makers is truly unique. Later, in May, you can roam the creative, imaginative worlds of Brutus and O. all day long. What a fantastic experience!” – Guy Coolen, Artistic Director O.
“Just like O., Brutus is keen to challenge its visitors by opening up its programme. We are really looking forward to welcome O. at our place once again, together with its team, the visitors and all of the makers.” – Hanneke Beynen, Director Brutus
Locatie
