O. Professionals Programme:
Thursday 16 May – Saturday 18 May 2024 

O. Professionals Programme celebrates the innovative, incessant, and poignant Music Theater scene. This year’s special edition includes MTNow 2023 competition award winners and jury members. During the 3-day O. Professionals Programme you can find in one place international and local, experienced and emergent, programmers and makers. O. weaves experiences around performances, panels, meals, and what is in between to invoke thought-provoking discussions with a personal touch.

Have a peek on MTNow 2023 selected shows and jury that are our inspiration for the O. Professionals Programme and they will be with us in Rotterdam. Some of them will host presentations of their work, and some others will perform during O.

Please notice that the programme starts on Thursday May 16th in the morning, therefore, if you are traveling from abroad the best would be to arrive on May 15th  to enjoy most of it.

The last conference session will be held on Saturday 18 morning, and the joint programme ends around lunch-time. Saturday afternoon and evening are packed with options. We will offer you some recommendations later on.

How can you join O. Professionals Programme?
3 different ways to be part of the 3-day event

I. Conference ticket
The conference ticket gives you access to all sessions, meals and shows during the Professionals Programme. Have a look at the schedule here. With this choice, most of the activities are arranged for you: conference sessions, all meals, and shows planned for professionals. Once the full programme goes online in April, you could add the shows recommended on the schedule to your ticket and compose your choices.
Cost: 220 euros, buy your conference ticket now

II. Day ticket*
The modular way to mix and match as you please.
Join conference sessions and watch shows together with all guests and participants. If you would like to follow the shows recommended on the schedule, you will be able to add them once the O. ticket sale starts in April. In these sessions  we will be serving lunch, which we encourage you to purchase in advance (until May 9), so you can enjoy your time with us whilst taken care of.
Costs: 35 euros day ticket, buy your day ticket(s) now – lunch/dinner 25 euros from March

*Available on Friday 17 & Saturday 18. On Thursday 16 there is no day ticket but an opening event ticket. 

III. Registration to O. Conference sessions
The conference sessions are free of charge but registration is mandatory. How do you do that? All conference sessions (Thursday 16 to Saturday 18) are open for registration – see below. Each event has a limited capacity, so better not to wait and book a spot to network, meet and greet all professionals involved in the programme. In these sessions, we serve lunch, which we encourage you to purchase in advance to stay without interruptions along the sessions. `
Cost: 0 euros, lunch 25 euros

TIP! Your stay in Rotterdam
Rotterdam is the center for several events coming May, and hotels are rapidly full and prices going high. For that reason, we have reserved several rooms in the Holiday Inn for O. Professionals Programme participants. Please follow this link and make a reservation (available for the dates 15 May until 19 May). We strongly advise taking care of your accommodation rather soon!
