O. and Rotterdamse Dakendagen organise Over de Bogen (Over the Arches) in which you walk 2 kilometres across the roof of Rotterdam’s monumental Hofbogen, right through four city districts! Over de Bogen is the first and last chance to take this walk before this roof changes forever.

From 17 to 26, you can walk across the roof from the Luchtpark to the highway every day. During the walk, you will encounter installations by artist duo Strijbos & Van Rijswijk at various points along the route. These audio artworks bring the city to life musically by interweaving live city sounds with music.

Please note: the minimum age to visit Over de Bogen is 12 years. The route across the roof takes +/- 60 min (end point: Voorburgstraat 2}. The route back on the public road takes +/- 30 min, in total you will be on the road for +/- 90 min. Check out the full FAQ here.

Note: This event cannot be visited with an O. day ticket or pass. However, you can visit the live experience with an O. day ticket or passe-partout. A Rotterdamse Dakendagen ticket does not give access to Over de Bogen.
