The 13^th edition of Van Smartlap tot Opera on Koeweide as per the tradition. An event with a mix of songs from famous operas, alternating with tearjerkers and performed by around 150 participants. The exuberant Rotterdam celebrity Dave van der Wal is the MC.

An extraordinary singalong spectacle that draws some 1500 to 2000 visitors every time. From ‘Ketelbinkie’ (‘The Urchin from Rotterdam’) to ‘Bella Italia’; from ‘Mama Mia’ to ‘the Barber of Seville”. Come and watch, listen, but above all, sing along and bring your picnic blanket!
