O. Lab: Let’s Be Real

Explore the blurring boundaries between humans and machines

Esther-Elisabeth Rispens, Wim Pelgrims (BE)

Imagine a world where the boundaries between offline and online, reality and fiction, the real and virtual worlds, are blurred. A world where humans and machines merge into a vaguely defined form of identity. O. Lab: Let’s Be Real explores the fascinating world of artificial intelligence and social media. Media that were originally a creation of mankind but are slowly but surely taking on a life of their own. In these complex shifts, we ask ourselves: are we still the architects of our creation, or are machines slowly taking over?

About O. Lab
O. Lab offers the audience a peak into the theatre makers’ rehearsal rooms. Something that is normally reserved for the select few… Artists will share their research questions. As the visitor, you are invited to watch and express your valuable opinions about prototypes and works in progress. O. Lab in WORM is one big creative space and you will be sitting in the front row as the processes unfold!

Locatie
