Following its astounding success last May, the O. 2022 hit is back! (Re-)experience Steef’s O. Show in the old Luxor Theater. Opera and cabaret may appear to be from entirely different planets but nothing could be less true. Here, the two art forms merge into a joyful, enjoyable, quirky and very special variety show with gripping arias, tear-jerking duets, spectacular backdrops, and megatons of humour.

Happy memories abound as, together with the 70-piece Codarts Symphony Orchestra plus a powerful cast and guest performances by Alex Klaasen and Brigitte Kaandorp, the show presents famous passages from operas and operettas. From Die Fledermaus to a cardboard ballet to The Pearl Fishers – it’s all included in this variegated show. Steef’s O. Show shows that opera is far more accessible and far less serious than many may think.
