Club Gewalt celebrates her 10-year anniversary. Ten years of love, art, rock & roll and green wokeness. About time to have a party. Or perhaps, an interim evaluation? How rock & roll are you, if you identify and condemn the (political) danger as an external phenomenon while omitting to put your individual and collective sins under the microscope? As a collective, Club Gewalt is looking for answers in polyphony and diversity. However, to achieve the latter and banish structural exclusion it has to face an ugly truth: that it is not immune to colonial and patriarchal power structures, either. So let’s move away from endless conversations and TAKE ACTION! Let’s become better people!
