Conference tickets are personal to the purchaser. Therefore, we ask that you enter your personal information when buying a pass. Your first name and family name, email address, and telephone number.
With a Conference tickets you can attend multiple performances per day, one after another. However, you will need to order a ticket in advance for the performances that you want to visit as you will not be allowed in without a performance ticket.
You cannot see the same performance more than once during the festival. For each performance, you can at the most order one ticket. If you want to attend the performance with other people, they will also need to be in possession of an all-access pass and order the performance tickets from their own account.
It is impossible to order tickets for a performance that overlaps with another performance. This will be signposted during the ordering process, before the checkout, so take a good look at the overall schedule as you compose your own programme. Make sure you take into account the time needed to get there, the performance duration, and the possibility that performances may last longer than anticipated. Always set aside 30 minutes or more between one performance and the next; even when they take place in the same location.
If you are unexpectedly unable to travel to a performance, you need to cancel the ticket you ordered via the ‘my orders’ tab in order to avoid seats remaining vacant (due to the prevailing corona restrictions each performance’s capacity will be very limited).
You will receive a service email containing information about your visit to O. on the day before you are due to attend.
