Would you like to be part of the O. 2024 crew? Do you want to gain experience in organising a festival? Did you always want to find out what is going on backstage? Do you love making new friends?

Or, would you simply like to get involved hands-on (after sanitizing!) in Holland’s coolest opera festival? If this is you, apply to be a crew member at O. 2024.

O. cannot exist without a team of enthusiastic festival crew members. Thanks to you, O. will run smoothly as visitors start to feel totally O.! You may be a volunteer but you are also the face of the festival for YOU are the person who welcomes our guests (with that lovely broad smile on your face!).

O. crew members have the time of their life during the festival! You will work alongside more than 60 fantastic colleagues. Together, you make the festival happen and you’ll get something back as well. We organise extra activities for our volunteers both before and during the festival. From a kick-off meeting to sneak previews of performances and from brief courses (CV boosters!) to drinks for the crew. Not to mention an O. crew shirt…

We are looking for volunteers for the O. edition in May (16- 26 May) to perform visitor support.

What do we ask: at least 3 shifts of 5-6 hours + presence of crew kick-off (on Tuesday 7 May).

What you get: crew shirt, crew drinks, crew party, crew pass (from 3 services you can visit performances for free) & crew specials.
